{"id":1448,"date":"2023-10-19T13:10:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T13:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dianacardonanutricionista.com\/?p=1448"},"modified":"2023-10-19T13:10:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T13:10:25","slug":"por-unos-cuidados-mas-justos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dianacardonanutricionista.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/19\/por-unos-cuidados-mas-justos\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cPor unos cuidados m\u00e1s justos\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>C\u00e1ncer de mama<br>El c\u00e1ncer de mama es una enfermedad producida por la proliferaci\u00f3n anormal de las c\u00e9lulas mamarias que se transforman en malignas y que conducen a la formaci\u00f3n de tumores que pueden invadir otros \u00f3rganos.<br>Seg\u00fan las estimaciones de GLOBOCAN, para el a\u00f1o 2020, el c\u00e1ncer de mama ocup\u00f3 el primer lugar en incidencia y mortalidad, con 2.3 millones de casos nuevos en el mundo.<br>En el periodo de 2021, el 57.5% de los casos nuevos reportados se diagnosticaron en etapa tard\u00eda, lo que ha representado un reto importante para reforzar las estrategias de evaluaci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n temprana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la OMS, algunos factores de riesgo son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Obesidad.<br>\u2022 Consumo de licor o cigarrillo.<br>\u2022 Antecedentes gen\u00e9ticos.<br>\u2022 Consumo de alimentos procesados.<br>\u2022 Exposici\u00f3n a radiaci\u00f3n a temprana edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No existe una forma concreta de prevenir su aparici\u00f3n; pero existen opciones en el estilo de vida para disminuir el riesgo de aparici\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Tener una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, rica en frutas, verduras, fibra. Baja en grasas saturadas y az\u00facares.<br>\u2022 Disminuir el consumo de alimentos ultra procesados, preferir preparaciones caseras y sanas.<br>\u2022 Evitar el consumo excesivo de alcohol.<br>\u2022 Consumo de cigarrillo.<br>\u2022 Realizar actividad f\u00edsica, ejercicio cardiovascular 30 minutos diarios.<br>\u2022 Realizar un autoexamen de forma mensual a partir de los 20 a\u00f1os.<br>\u2022 Solicitar mamograf\u00eda a partir de los 34 a\u00f1os si hay antecedentes familiares de la enfermedad. En caso contrario hacerla cada dos a\u00f1os a partir de los 40 a\u00f1os y cada a\u00f1o, a partir de los 50 a\u00f1os.<br>\u2022 Menstruaci\u00f3n temprana y menopausia tard\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te indico algunos consejos para realizarlo de forma correcta:<br>\u2022 P\u00e1rate frente al espejo, con los brazos a los costados.<br>\u2022 Inspecciona visualmente las mamas: Observa la presencia de arrugas, hoyuelos o alteraciones en el tama\u00f1o, la forma o la simetr\u00eda.<br>\u2022 Observa los pezones y las mamas mientras pones tus manos sobre las caderas y mientras las levantas.<br>Luego usa tus manos para examinarte las mamas.<br>\u2022 Utiliza las yemas de los dedos (no las puntas), para palpar la mama por completo. Has presi\u00f3n y palpa todo el tejido mamario de manera profunda. Desde el pez\u00f3n hasta las axilas, las costillas y el estern\u00f3n.
