Reconozco que no es f\u00e1cil enfrentarse a la globalizaci\u00f3n y los nuevos conceptos alimentarios. Pero no bajar\u00e9 la guardia: e incansablemente seguir\u00e9 trabajando con amor y dedicaci\u00f3n por el lema de \u201cuna alimentaci\u00f3n consciente\u201d. Que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la moda, la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente ocupa un amplio mundo, un concepto de equilibrio, de compromiso y de no supresi\u00f3n de alimentos. Es entender como el cuerpo, creado y desarrollado de forma perfecta, est\u00e1 en total capacidad; y necesita, de recibir todos los alimentos, todos los nutrientes y todos los componentes para conservar la salud.<\/p>\n<p>Mi llamado hoy es a todos mis colegas, a defender \u00e9sta pasi\u00f3n, a unirnos y a seguir trabajando conjuntamente por crear un equilibrio, por romper todos \u00e9stos mitos y conceptos de moda que han puesto en riesgo la salud de las personas. De demostrar con hechos que si es posible llevar una vida sana sin llegar a los extremos de la supresi\u00f3n y la satanizaci\u00f3n de ciertos alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>De abanderar la nutrici\u00f3n equilibrada lejos de cualquier concepto de moda.
