Tambi\u00e9n se da por la ingesta de anticonceptivos, ciertos medicamentos, insuficiencias renales o afecciones card\u00edacas y hep\u00e1ticas.<br \/>\nCuando la retenci\u00f3n se presenta por enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas son de manejo m\u00e9dico. Pero cuando son desde la fisiolog\u00eda normal de cada organismo, lo podemos resolver a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<p>1. T\u00e9. Los t\u00e9, las bebidas de apio, perejil, cidra, berenjena, diente de le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>2. Si la retenci\u00f3n no es a causa de una enfermedad renal o cardiaca, consumir mucha agua, estimula la eliminaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos y toxinas, mejorando el funcionamiento de todo el organismo.<\/p>\n<p>3. Actividad f\u00edsica: la contracci\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos, hace que el exceso de l\u00edquidos sea eliminado a trav\u00e9s de la orina.<\/p>\n<p>4. Disminuir el consumir el consumo de sal, al igual que alimentos enlatados y embutidos, que contienen mucho contenido de sodio.<\/p>\n<p>5. Si presenta edema (hinchaz\u00f3n), en manos, pies y p\u00e1rpados; real\u00edcese masajes de drenaje linf\u00e1tico, una vez por semana.<\/p>\n<p>6. Evite fumar.
