delgado cuando la persona ingiere alimentos que contiene gluten.<br \/>\nEl gluten, es una prote\u00edna que se encuentra en los granos de trigo, cebada y centeno<br \/>\nCuando el intestino es da\u00f1ado, se produce una mala absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes, como vitaminas, calcio, prote\u00ednas, grasas y carbohidratos.<br \/>\nPor eso, los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes son: Dolor e inflamaci\u00f3n abdominal, problemas digestivos (estre\u00f1imiento y diarrea), sensaci\u00f3n general de mala #salud, fatiga, dolor en los huesos y articulaciones, osteoporosis a temprana edad, irritabilidad, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, dermatitis hepertiforme, y aftas en la boca.<br \/>\nEs importante diferenciar los s\u00edntomas, y consultar al m\u00e9dico para hacer un diagn\u00f3stico exacto y diferencial, no autodiagnosticarse y eliminar de forma arbitraria el gluten de la dieta.<br \/>\nLas causas de la enfermedad #celiaca son desconocidas, pero generalmente es hereditaria, afecta al 1% de la poblaci\u00f3n, si hay presencia de enfermedad autoinmune (artritis reumatoidea, lupus, sjogren),<br \/>\nNo hay forma de prevenirla, pero una vez se presenta, es importante llevar una dieta guiada por un Nutricionista, libre de gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal, es un nombre amplio que incluye varios trastornos del sistema digestivos.<br \/>\nEstos incluyen: Colitis ulcerosa y enfermedad de Crohn.<br \/>\nLos s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes son: Diarrea, fatiga, dolor abdominal, presencia de sangre en las heces fecales, disminuci\u00f3n del apetito y p\u00e9rdida involuntaria de peso.<br \/>\nAl igual que la enfermedad celiaca, se desconocen las causas, pero existen factores de riesgo como la presencia de
