sin embargo, si existen unas recomendaciones nutricionales:<br \/>\n\u2022 Seguir un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, completo, variado para mantener un peso saludable y disminuir el riesgo de complicaciones de la enfermedad.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consumir de 5 a 7 porciones de verduras y frutas por d\u00eda.<br \/>\n\u2022 Disminuir el consumo de grasa saturada.<br \/>\n\u2022 Aumentar el consumo de pescados y alimentos ricos en omega 3, ya que este omega reduce la inflamaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n\u2022 Disminuir el consumo de sal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consumir cereales y granos integrales.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consumir alimentos m\u00e1s naturales;
