Y enf\u00f3cate en dichas actividades para que no te desv\u00edes del camino trazado.<br \/>\n\u2022 Evita dejarte influenciar por comentarios externos que pueden sabotear tu proceso.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lo m\u00e1s importante, aseg\u00farate que no seas t\u00fa quien sabotee tu propio proceso, no te dejes vencer por pensamientos negativos y autodestructivos.<br \/>\n\u2022 Si es necesario, busca ayuda de un profesional asociado a tu objetivo, para que justos avancen en su logro.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ponte metas peque\u00f1as, encaminadas a tu objetivo final.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recuerda ser perseverante, la constancia es la clave del \u00e9xito y de la creaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cuando te den ganas de abandonar tu proyecto, ve a tu objetivo y recuerda porque estas en dicho proceso, el porqu\u00e9 del objetivo y como te sentir\u00e1s cuando lo logres.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c1nimo, recuerda que todo es un proceso y todo se empieza desde cero; pero con constancia y perseverancia todo es posible.
