Entre ellos los mas relevantes son los siguientes:<br>\u2022 Mantener un peso saludable, evitando el desarrollo de una obesidad.<br>\u2022 Realizar actividad f\u00edsica, cardiovascular, entre 30-45 minutos de 3 a 5 veces por semana.<br>\u2022 Consumir buena cantidad de frutas y verduras, las cuales tiene un gran aporte de antioxidantes.<br>\u2022 Evitar el consumo de alcohol.<br>\u2022 Eliminar el consumo de tabaco y cigarrillo.<br>\u2022 Disminuir el consumo de grasas saturadas, \u00e9stas incluyen: grasas de origen animal, fritos, mantequilla.<br>\u2022 Evitar alimentos procesados, conservados y congelados. Preferir alimentos naturales, poco procesados y ricos en fibra.<br>\u2022 Disminuir el consumo de alimentos salados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el tratamiento oncol\u00f3gico la terapia nutricional juega un papel muy importante, ya que permite:<br>\u2022 Mejorar el estado de salud del paciente, de manera que disminuya el riesgo de complicaciones.<br>\u2022 Mejorar la respuesta del paciente a la terapia oncol\u00f3gica.<br>\u2022 Conservar la masa muscular, mantener la fuerza y la energ\u00eda.<br>\u2022 En caso de cirug\u00eda, contribuir a la recuperaci\u00f3n y
