En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada se han intensificado las campa\u00f1as para disminuir y preferiblemente eliminar su consumo. Sin embargo, es muy frecuente escuchar dentro de los consumidores el: NO, no las quiero o no las puedo dejar.<br>Antes de explicarte porque se crea la adicci\u00f3n a estas bebidas, te contar\u00e9 sus efectos en nuestros organismos:<br>\u2022 Los ni\u00f1os que en sus loncheras incluyen las bebidas gaseosas, se potencia el riesgo de desarrollo de obesidad y de resistencia a la insulina, lo que terminar\u00e1 en adultos con s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico.<br>\u2022 Aumentan el riesgo de desarrollar sobrepeso y obesidad.<br>\u2022 Por su gran aporte de az\u00facares, aumentan las probabilidades de desarrollar h\u00edgado graso.<br>\u2022 Por el alto contenido de \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico y sodio, pueden afectar los ri\u00f1ones.<br>\u2022 Disminuyen la absorci\u00f3n de calcio, contribuyen a la descalcificaci\u00f3n de los huesos y por ende aumentan el riesgo de presentar osteoporosis.<br>\u2022 Tienen alto contenido de sodio, por lo que afectan las cifras tensionales, es decir, aumentan la presi\u00f3n arterial.<br>\u2022 Promueven el desarrollo de s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico: Obesidad, diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n y dislipidemias; lo que aumenta el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares.<br>\u2022 Aumento de la acidez g\u00e1strica, dando paso al desarrollo de reflujo gastroesof\u00e1gico, ulceras y gastritis cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las gaseosas vienen con las cantidades exactas de: endulzante, cafe\u00edna y carbonato, con estos componentes tu cerebro se activa y empieza a liberar una sustancia llamada dopamina, la que est\u00e1 asociada a las emociones y a la euforia, por esto es que tu cuerpo te pide cada vez m\u00e1s.<br>Este mecanismo de adicci\u00f3n incluye tambi\u00e9n las bebidas diet\u00e9ticas, ya que contienen carbonato y edulcorantes artificiales, en cantidades superiores a las permitidas, lo que tambi\u00e9n puede ser nocivo para la salud.
